Colour of Sound
A while back a my work was featured in some screenings by a group out of Nottingham Trent University in the UK
The picked out a few of my short films and screened them. The focus was the marriage of image and sound. Pretty interesting site and people.
I find this particularly interesting and flattering, because I’ve placed a lot of attention of marrying synchronous sound to the imagery. Trying to give the sound in a lot of cases a more power in that particular aesthetic relationship. This group focuses on that relationship, so to be invited and included in their stable of featured artists was a compliment I really appreciated.
